You can schedule an appointment by calling or texting us at (231) 638-4120. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. We offer same-day sick appointments when available.

Please bring your insurance cards, photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. For well-child visits, bring your child's immunization record if you have one from another provider.

Yes! We understand that children get sick unexpectedly. We reserve time each day for same-day sick visits. Call us as early as possible to schedule.

Our providers are on-call 24/7 for established patients. For urgent after-hours concerns, call our main number at (231) 638-4120 and follow the prompts to reach our on-call provider.

We accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Priority Health, Aetna, Blue Care Network (BCN), Molina, Medicaid, and many others. Visit our Insurance page for a complete list or call our office to verify your specific plan.

We believe every child deserves quality healthcare. Please contact our billing department to discuss self-pay options and payment plans. We also accept Medicaid and can help you with the application process.
When is payment due?

Co-pays are due at the time of service. For other charges, we will bill your insurance first and then send you a statement for any remaining balance. We offer payment plans for larger balances.

Yes! We are currently accepting new patients from birth through age 18. We welcome transfers from other practices and can help obtain your child's medical records.

New patients need to complete our New Patient Form and Medical Records Release form before the first visit. These forms are available online on our New Patients page.

Initial visits typically last about 1 hour. This allows time for a comprehensive health assessment, review of medical history, and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.

We provide comprehensive pediatric care from birth through high school graduation (typically age 18).

Yes, we follow the CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics immunization schedules. We keep all recommended vaccines in stock.
Can you do sports physicals?

Absolutely! Sports physicals are included free with annual well-child exams. We can also perform standalone sports physicals. Michigan schools require physicals to be completed after April 15th for the following school year.

Yes, we provide behavioral health screenings and can manage common conditions like ADHD, anxiety, and depression. We also have partnerships with local mental health providers for specialized care when needed.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another family in need.

Yes, both parents/legal guardians have access to their child's medical records unless restricted by court order. We require legal documentation for any custody arrangements that affect medical decision-making.

Yes! Our patient portal allows you to view test results, request appointments, send messages to our team, and access visit summaries. Ask our staff for enrollment information.
